Refund & Return Policy

At Achilles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to assist you. Please carefully review our refund and return guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Product Defects: Any product defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • General Returns: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery of product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact or email us at achillesanklerepair@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  • All returns must be approved before shipping a product back. Please contact us for instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an equipment defect or error on our part.  

  • Canceled Orders: If you cancel an order within 3 business days but it has already shipped from our warehouse, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Incorrect Address or Information: If additional fees arise due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for these costs.

4. Condition of Returned Products

  • Packaging: All returns must be disassembled and shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent. If possible, return the product on a pallet.

  • Product Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition. If the product is not returned in new condition, in proper packaging, or disassembled, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds and Restocking Fees

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred in both directions are non-refundable.

  • Used Products: If the product has been assembled or used, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any assembly labor costs that may have been incurred.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Parts Orders: All sales of parts are final and not eligible for return or refund.

7. Refused Orders

  • If an order is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, including both outbound and return shipping.

8. Replacement or Repair

  • We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product at our discretion.

9. Proof of Purchase

  • Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready. You will need to provide your order number and other details as proof of purchase.
